Dr. Chen Even, Chairman of the Board

• Dr. Even has been a member of Glycominds’ board since mid 2004 serving as an industry expert. Dr. Even was appionted  as Glycominds' Chairman of the board on August 1st 2007.
• Board member and Senior Cooperate VP Commercial Operations of DiaSorin S.P.A, a leading medical diagnostic company with an annual turnover of € 300m. Dr. Even participated in the 2000 management buyout of DiaSorin and is responsible for the company’s growth and acquisitions in recent years. Dr. Even and his colleagues led DiaSorin to a 700 million IPO in July 2007 on the Milan Stock Exchange (MSE:DIA) growing to over 1.3 Billion company in valuation.
• Director of Molecular Biology and Director of Worldwide Distribution for the medical division of American Standard International (NYSE:ASD)
• B.Sc. in Computer science and a Ph.D in Microbiology, University of Minnesota

Mr. Robert Taub

• Mr. Taub has joined Glycominds’ board  of directors in early 2009 following Omrix Biopharmaceutical acquisition by J&J.
• More than four decades business experience in biopharmaceutical industry
• Served as president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors since founding OMRIX Biopharmaceutical in 1995. Led Omrix to successful IPO on NASDAQ in 2006 and sold it in December 2008 to J&J for $432 million.
• Prior to establishing OMRIX, Mr. Taub was the cofounder of Octapharma A.G., a Swiss plasma fractionation and pharmaceutical company, which successfully introduced innovative plasma derivative products to the market. During his time at Octapharma, from 1983 to 1995, the company underwent a successful transformation from a start-up operation to an integrated manufacturing enterprise.
• Mr. Taub held various general management and sales and marketing positions with Armour Pharmaceutical, Revlon Health Care Group, Baxter Travenol Laboratories, Inc., now Baxter International Inc., and The Monsanto Company.
• B.A. in languages from the University of Antwerp and an M.B.A. from INSEAD (the European Institute of Business Administration) in Fontainebleau, France.
